Salary: £25000 to £35000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an International organisation on a permanent basis.

This impressive organisation has a very large eCommerce presence and as such is looking to recruit an experienced and talented Front End Web Developer. Joining a large award winning IT Team this is a great opportunity to build a long term career in an organisation that is always looking to grow, develop and support their staff from within.

You should be a technical wizard with a keen eye for creative, able to deliver well crafted and carefully coded sites using HTML, XHTML and CSS. You will have an excellent grasp JavaScript and JQuery as well as an in-depth knowledge HTML font replacement techniques including sIFR and Cufon.

Working with both creatives and back end developers you will be responsible for implementing engaging, interactive digital communications. You will have a keen eye for creative design and develop digital projects from brief to completion. You will be well versed in website / interface design, typography, and general design principles with a keen eye for detail and pixel perfect creativity. You will produce, modify or maintain websites and other Online solutions using a variety of technologies.

In order to be considered for this role you will have an impressive portfolio of work. You will be competent when working with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and appropriate editing tools. You will have a good awareness of SEO techniques. You will be proficient in the Adobe Production Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash. Any knowledge of Actionscript would be highly desirable.
