Be the difference that makes a difference
Where we’re at
Change is in the air at Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), a fast-growing banking, insurance and investments business. Our heritage as a member-owned, customer-led and ethically guided business means we already stand apart from other financial organisations. Now we have a new aspiration: to be the UK’s most admired financial services business. We’ll do this by making a difference to customers, members and the wider community.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide the analytical framework for various business transformation and change projects. It’s a challenge that will see you playing an integral role in both the project planning and delivery phases.
On the planning side, you’ll analyse the business case for a proposal and assess the readiness of our organisation for its implementation. Once a project has been approved, you’ll then support our leadership team in its delivery. Among other things, this will see you managing work streams, controlling costs and providing quality assurance. Some projects may require you to travel and work at other UK locations.
What we’re looking for
Ready to take ownership of key project components, you’ll be capable of staying focused on broader project outcomes and playing your part in a wider team. You should also share our ambition to transform the business within a context of fairness, social responsibility and concern for the community.
With a natural impulse for originality, you’ll have proven your credentials in the business analysis field. You’ll have a track-record of providing analytical support for a range of projects, in both the planning and delivery phases. This means you’ll know how to dissect and analyse business processes, as well as how to use planning and requirement tracking tools to ensure the project is on track.
An articulate communicator at all levels, and team player, you’ll now be keen to take on a high-profile role influencing stakeholders to shape our future for the benefit of the business and our customers.
